Process Equipment Division (PED) of Isgec Heavy Engineering Limited (Isgec) has one of the oldest shops in India manufacturing shell & tube heat exchangers, reactors, pressure vessels, boiler drums, columns for process plant.
We are specialized in design and manufacturing of high pressure heat exchangers and high thickness reactors and pressure vessels for fertilizers, oil refiners and other process plants. The largest shell & tube heat exchanger manufactured by us was weighing approx 350 MT single piece.
We have supplied various process equipment to over 20 countries globally.
In-house capability for thermal and mechanical design of heat exchangers, as well as mechanical design of pressure vessels and reactors. This is supplemented by our capabilities of specialized tools such as Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and 3D Modelling.
We have manufactured heat exchangers to all class of TEMA and other process equipment viz reactor, pressure vessels, columns to wide spectrum of metallurgy including but not limited to low alloy steel, duplex stainless steel, austenitic, ferritic stain less steel, inconel and carbon steel.
In the Process Equipment Division, we manufacture High-Pressure Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, Reactor and Site fabricated Columns since 1946.
